Browsing and local tools
Free previews and the downloaded Studio tools run in your browser. Images and sprite frames selected in the local tools are processed on your device; the tools do not upload them to PixSkill. Saved Skills, language preference, banner preference and idea drafts are stored in this browser’s local storage.
Accounts and orders
When account and payment services are enabled, we process your account identifier, email, authentication status, order and subscription identifiers, plan, payment status, access period and download authorization. We use these to sign you in, deliver purchases, manage membership, handle refunds and prevent misuse. Card details are handled by the checkout provider; PixSkill does not store full card numbers.
Service providers and international processing
The review website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites and its infrastructure providers. The independent commercial deployment is being prepared on a Tencent Cloud server in Tokyo with Supabase account authentication and membership data, including optional Google sign-in. Paid files are stored privately and delivered only after server authorization. Waffo Pancake is the selected checkout provider. Providers process necessary request, security, account or transaction information under their own privacy policies; processing may occur outside your country. Only enabled services receive their relevant data.
Support and purposes
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to answer your request and resolve order issues. We do not sell personal information. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party marketing analytics on this website. Essential service logs may be used for security, delivery and troubleshooting.
Retention and your choices
We retain account information while needed to provide your account and retain billing records as needed for applicable accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and dispute obligations. Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve the request. You can clear local preferences below, sign out, or contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Some transaction records may need to be retained by law or by the payment provider.
