Clear terms for digital downloads and Studio membership.

1. Who operates PixSkill
PixSkill is operated by MAGUOFENG in mainland China. Contact: sky510019437@gmail.com. These terms apply to this website, the free Skill collection and Studio membership.
2. Products and account use
We supply downloadable instructions, reference code and browser tools. You bring your own coding agent and any separately charged model services. Use accurate account and purchase information, keep login credentials private, and use only source material you have rights to process.
3. Prices and renewal
Studio Monthly costs USD 9.99 per month. Studio Yearly costs USD 79 per year. Both include the same current Studio Toolkit and access to releases published during active membership. Plans automatically renew at their stated interval until canceled. Applicable sales tax and the final payable amount are displayed before purchase. A card issuer may charge separate currency conversion fees.
A paid order is accepted only after successful payment confirmation. When enabled, checkout is processed by Waffo Pancake as merchant of record under the terms displayed at checkout. While checkout is unavailable, no paid order can be placed and you will not be charged.
4. Delivery and cancellation
After confirmed payment, download access is provided in your signed-in PixSkill account. For a delivery problem, contact support with your order number. Cancel future renewal through Account → Manage billing or the provider customer portal linked from your receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Previously downloaded files keep their project-use license. See the refund policy for refund requests.
5. License and intellectual property
The 16 free launch Skills use MIT. Studio files use the separate Studio license: commercial project use is allowed, standalone resale or sharing of the toolkit is not. Any assets you add retain their own licenses. You are responsible for checking the rights in your inputs and outputs.
6. Product limits and changes
Reference tools are provided as-is and require the documented browser features. Agent behavior and third-party availability may vary. We do not promise a fixed release schedule or uninterrupted access. Material changes to prices, recurring terms or these policies will be communicated before they take effect where required, with an opportunity to cancel.
7. Your rights
Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. If an issue arises, contact support so we can attempt to resolve it. Payment disputes may also be raised with the merchant of record or payment provider under its applicable process.
